Description

Scrum masters are the spiders in the agile web. They coach the development team and remove their impediments. They spread scrum throughout the company. They teach customers how to work with their company using scrum. And they advice the product owner how to collaborate best with all people involved. 

In this course, we will start with agile fundamentals: what is agile; the agile manifesto and the big differences between waterfall and agile. After that, we will go through the scrum framework and deep dive into the roles, events and artifacts. The course combines videos, playbooks and quizzes to get you set up as a scrum master. 

After the course, you can take the ISM exam to get yourself certified.
